As of October 2003, the Los Angeles Daily News' readers voted Stevenson Ranch as the "Best New Home Community in the Santa Clarita Valley." Found among the Santa Susanna Mountains is the 4,000- acre community that has a lot to offer. Stevenson Ranch is located just north of the San Fernando Valley off the 5 Freeway.
